I stayed in a nice little city called kielce for most of my time...really enjoyed it so much..I was there with a special Angel ohh greatest days of my life...Snow everywere :P fell on my back in middle of street haha travelled about got to know everywere quite well. Then i stayed in Krakow last couple of nights -14 :( some very nice old buildings especially the old royal castle. I came back to ireland today and it was like the summer..i was walking around in t-shirt :P

Planning to move to kielce for 2 years...Any advice on what sector to enter, what all i need to do to move there would be very helpful

thanks
Deano

welcome back.

I see that you found another Polish angel.

All the best and good luck with the move. I guess teaching English is your first bet.

that is even better. An English speaking one is a way to go. I am just hoping that you will be able to find enough work in Kielce, so you don't have to fall back on teaching. You will figure it out. It is a nice area BTW, especially form the spring on - the rolling hills. Good on you:)

Men in love are special in many ways. We are capable of doing some extraordinary things due to some hormons or something, ... like climibing onto 3rd floor balcony to our angel or making a 3 pointer from half court. It can be heroic, too!

We get this spacial ability -when in love - to focus and estimate chances sharply , then following on perfect execution with total confidence.

On the other hand Nitzche said about man-in-love "he was looking for an angel and became one" , so there's a danger involved - seen it many times.

Good luck to you both.
Irishdeano, if you are doing, planning to do something that "special" keep us informed. I'd sugest running naked into Korona Kielce soccer stadium, ..nah not that unusual but I'd see you at least on TV. Well, maybe consider anyway, could be your chance for your 15 min.

Make sure you take a trip with your girl to "£ysa Góra" next time. Not really a mountain, but plenty of beautiful views and an excellent hiking exercises!

I'm glad you consider staying in Kielce for a couple of years. I hear, Kielce had changed a lot from the sleepy town it was way back when...and it is pretty hip now.

Some day, time permits, I want to visit my good "old" places I left behind. I'm sure I will not recognize most of them...

Thank You McCoy for the beautiful pictures and memories! Now I really want to go there on on my next visit...look up some old friends and coworkers. Deptak Sienkiewicza looks impressive comparing to the picture I still have in my mind. All buildings so refreshed, painted, clean. Awww.

sorry for my late reply been really busy

have you packed your bags yet or have you not unpacked them since you got back?

ask your girlfriend about a place called SUKOW its 2 miles outside Kielce. how can i explain it. It has green water (which is very warm) and white sandy beaches. it is just a pool of water that never moves so everyone around goes swimming its really nice and also if you like fishing like i do its great for fishing.

also forgot to say i love water sports i have a pontoon boat and canoe so if you want to do some white water in the summer just ask...

also if you are coming to stay for a long time i have a spare sky box lying doing nothing you can use it recieves most channels.
