Does it have to be region by region or is there one in particular? I assume this is for Poland?

got this of good old wikipedia

the academic school year begins in September 1 and ends in the first Friday after June 18. There is a Christmas break in December which lasts till the New Year's Day. There are also another two weeks of break after the Christmas break. Every province has the winter's break at a different time. Winter break divides school academic year into two semesters.

Most universities starts their courses in October 1 and ends first term in January. Before the second term begin there is an examination session. Second term starts just after the end of examination session and finishes in the first days of June. After it next, usually month long, session begins. In some facilities academic term begins several days before October 1.

the only calendar i could really find on the internet was dated 2005/2006 time

have you thought about emailing the areas in question town halls that handle education and getting the information that way as well :)

i also found this is you need it

I guess you mean the movable winter holidays for primary (podstawowe) and secondary (gimnazjum + liceum) schools (universities make their holidays regardless of the schedule for those schools, so no calendar by region)

Slaskie (Katowice)

12 do 27 stycznia (12 - 27 Jan)

Malopolskie (Krakow)

26 stycznia do 10 lutego (26 Jan - 10 Feb)
