I think that a normal scool age is still 7, zerówka is 6 but I don't know If this is obligatory.

Merged: What lessons do they have in Polish schools?

Well this might sound a bit weird, what lessons do they have in polish schools? Like english and maths in the morning.DT and other subjests in the afternoon. Do they have any different subjects than we do? Please tell me I need to know by the end of this half-term.
