HAVe you checked directly with the university? I would assume dormitories are managed by the respective universities.

Have you seen the state of student accommodation here? 4 people sharing a room the size of our bathroom most rooms are littered with empty biedronka ready meal packets and empty bottles of cheap wine and vodka.

wouldn't you be better finding a room to rent?
