Zakopane Letting Agents want 30% of the rent - is that for real?

Hi

I have a 2 bed apartment in Zakopane, I would like to rent it to tourists but the 3 Agents I spoke to in Zakopane want 30% of the rent to advertise and manage the booking and clean the flat after the booking. Does anyone know if this is the right price?

I think it's at least 10% too much...

Thanks for your help I thought I got the English price and not the Polish one.

But don't take my word - I don't live in Poland anymore so I could be wrong (but I visit it quite often).

dirty skanksters... and they are probably taking off both tennent and landlord... 6O%...

Well, greed has no nationality. It's a human nature.

I have no experience of the tourist market maybe it does cost 30%. It is a case of buying a flat without doing my homework properly.
