Wroclaw real estate prices and agencies

I have started a new message so as not to confuse things but have been looking at various properties. In particular I looked into a 60 sq meter apartment near the main square and nearly fell over when I found out it was nearly £500,000. I already knew it would be expensive but almost half a million pounds !

Has Wroclaw become that fashionable !

yes i think it has, was talking with a lady this morning that does alot of notiary(think the spelling is wrong) and she said the the prices have gone up

We've seen on here that about 7,000zl sq m and upwards is about right.

In Rynek: Nothing cheaper than 25,000zl sq m. And that's last year's prices.

We have good communications in this city. Why do you have to buy in the exact centre ?

I was shocked by the 41000zl sq m asking price but besides not being able to afford it the apartment does not have to be in the centre

Don't give up hope. There are plenty of new buildings going up within reach of the centre.
If you want to know about a particular district, just ask. There are plenty Wroclaw folk on the boards.

I'm visited Wroclaw last week and went to approx 10 developers last week to look at stricly new builds and came accross some nice developerments fairly close to the city but at more realistics prices.

I'm not sure if I will purchase myself as prices for new builds have almonst doubled in a year and I ain't that rich!! If you want anymore info please contact me.

Could anyone suggest a marketing company based in Wroclaw or at least covering Wroclaw, who could assist with marketing a small new residential development there?

Use the internet. Try looking at Poland major popular real estate, news websites. (onet, interia, gazeta, wp, mamdom, otodom, etc) It will cost you around 60 - 120 pln per impressions (1000 impressions) You can even target specific audience who are looking for new homes there.

Can someone please tell me where is Wroclaw's City Council? Do they have a website? Can I contact them by phone?
