Wroclaw - Estate Agents

Can anyone recommend estate agents in Wroclaw.

I am familiar with all the main agents in the market but I particularly looking for agents that come recommended because perhaps you've managed to sell or rent your property through them, ie they have delivered rathered then 'talk the talk' without any follow through.

I have property to sell and I'm not based in Poland so I there are times when engaging an estate agent is unavoidable...

I've done research my research on Wroclaw Estate Agents and emailed them both in English and also Polish and had absolutely no response/or a very unprofessional response, although I'm a potential client with a significant amount of business.

Therefore it is really important for me to get personal recommendations from individuals on this forum..... if anyone has any positive feedback on agents in the Wroclaw market then I would be interested in getting the details....

In that case, I can give You some names from a pile of business cards I gathered when I was looking to buy a flat in Wroclaw. I believe these people are an incompetent and parasitic bunch, but anna.arcadia@pnet.pl (Arcadia Nieruchomosci) and maybe kruk.net.pl stand out in a positive way.

Homebroker seem professional but they are nasty sharks, so watch out if You deal with them.

I'd say - lesser evil :) I have no idea if they speak English, I suspect the first one might.

Hi. I have bought twice and sold once in Wroclaw. I used a company centrum.wroc.pl. I have to say i was pleased with them especially with the sale of one apartment. You can check out their website to have a look. I think they have an english version.
