savvan 28 Mar 2007 / #1Hi,I intend to sell a small commercial property in Poland. I have already tried to sell via real estate agencies, however, I think this is not an adequate way and maybe I should contact a consulting agency (for example a consulting agency with focus on foreign investors). Does anybody have experience on this subject?
hello 22 | 890 28 Mar 2007 / #2Hmm - why don't you wait a couple more years? The property will be worth at least twice as much as it is worth now.At least based on the comments of some members here. :)

trickymicky - | 3 11 Jun 2008 / #12HiI am in the same boat. Our apartment is in the Lagiewniki district of Krakow near the Wilga river (South Bank Development). Where is yours ?At the moment we are orgainsing the final white finish (apart from the kitchen) through the UK company we bought from. Pretty pricey tho'.We were thinking of an IKEA kitchen, but didn't know that they would fit also.We have a polish speaking mate who may come over with us to sort it out.let me know how you are getting onPM me if you want - might be good to share info.BestMike
SeanBM 35 | 5,797 17 Jun 2008 / #14We were thinking of an IKEA kitchen, but didn't know that they would fit also.Ikea have a subcontractor that they use for fitting. They have a downloadable kitchen planner, that is very useful if you have the measurements.Good luck
