Can i expect to make good money renting out flats to locals? How much should i charge?

My house in England is about the same size as that; I pay a lot less, and I earn 4x as much as a Pole. Who the hell would pay that, except some stupid ex-pat? And who in God's name would want to move to Katowice anyway???? lmao!

Polish greed trying to make money out of unsuspecting expats makes me very angry, Why the overinflated prices? We pay less than 1800 pn a month for a luxury apartment in a very desirable area of poznan,

Margaret, no offense but are you serious ? These are huge price for Katowice ,don't you think ?
I strongly advise you to lower your rents by 30 % or 35 % if you wish to rent your flats.
Katowice is not Krakow, Warszawa or Wroclaw!
