Is there a pretty common realtor in Poland that perhaps has a website? Something similar to century 21 in the states? Not that Century 21 is great or anything, just used it as an example.

No in my experience, not really. Each city will have its own homegrown realtor with multiple offices. You need to decide which location you are interested in first and then find the good local agent.
