Property Management in the Tri-City area in Poland?

I would like to invest in property around the Tri City area. As I would only be able to visit Poland a couple of times a year, I would want to rent the property out. Does anyone know if there are many property management businesses in the area that could vet tenants etc and manage the property in my absence.

I would have a look myself but I dont know what this is called in Polish.
Any help much appreciated.

There are not so many as in the US; I would say there are proportionally 80% less. Polish people don't use such agencies a lot - they either manage it themselves or through their friends/family. You need to make sure the agency is trustworthy.

they do exist but you pay big time for the service...

"Big Time " as a % would roughly be? Roundabout 10 - 15 % of the monthly rental would be bearable.
( Although it sticks in the throat a bit since I would be doing it myself if I could ).

You need to make sure the agency is trustworthy.

Yep - big concern.

If you could Casper that would be great - I am still at the scoping stage though. Got a lot of homework to do first though.

Thanks again !
