OP paddy111199 1 | 7 1 Apr 2007 / #13Thanks for your help!Would you think 150k for a 78sq apt is good value?Do you think that it property prices in the area will appreciate in value? Thanks again for all your help
hello 22 | 891 1 Apr 2007 / #1478 sq is not a large one. But I guess it's a Polish standard. I guess that's a good investment.
Kasia13 2 Apr 2007 / #15In my opinion better is to buy smaller apartaments(about 40 sqm) - more biger apartament more dificcult to let.For that price you can find a house on the suberbs of Warsaw (20 km from the centre) .Many people sell their apart. and start to think about buying or building the house.

goldigger 16 Apr 2007 / #17buddy try buying commercial real estate residential sux to collect rent all over the world and poland is no exception
Polanglik 11 | 303 20 May 2007 / #18Hi Paddy,At the moment. the way prices are rising, and with much investment going into Warsaw, i don't think you can go too far wrong in buying anywhere in Warsaw. However, i would agree with Kasia13's comment about purchasing a smaller size apartment. The optimum size is between 40-60m2. (Studios or 1 bedrooms); these would be easier to rent. However with smaller sized apartments being the most popular, they are also the hardest to buy. When developemnts go on sale, it is the smaller units that get snapped up first.Good luck with your purchase !
StephenBarnes - | 6 20 May 2007 / #19I think you'd do best to invest elsewhere in Poland, unless you have a reason to invest there. You will get good information from the RedNet site.
Adam Maj 29 Jul 2007 / #20Hi,Why are you thinking about Ochota? Ursynow is much better with underground railway and easy connection to the city centre, especially apartments along KEN street/Rates would be between 10.000-12.000 per square metre in case of apartments ca. 50 square metresRegards
