What are the rules and regulations regarding renting out property to people in Poland?

Are there any specific taxes or rules for a foreigner buying property in Poland and then renting it out to English immigrants in Poland?

Basically, I'm trying to find out as much info as possible as I'm very interested in this subject.

So there is a limit on what people are allowed to buy or just on what foreigners are allowed to buy?

there are of course all types of regulations to follow... if you want to tell people exactly what you are doing then i woul;d suggest consulting a lawyer... not expensive and worthwhile...

i know of no restrictions on how many flats you can buy...

ask BoobaWoo

that would be BubbaWoo, BubbaWanker or BubbaMoFo... boobawoo im not too comfortable with...

I'm not sure about details, but there are some limits for foreigners - in case of farming land and forests they can't buy them until 2016.
