I'm looking for advice for selling my apartment in Krakow. It seems everyone is trying to bypass the agents, and thereby creating a messy marketplace where nobody seems to know nothing.
Is it better to advertise on your own in the newspapers? Anyone with experience?
I am talking about a small apartment, 26 meters; best suited for a student, a young professional or a couple. The agents say to sell in spring or fall because of the students....

There is actually a sticky at the top of this real estate forum on sites to search for property in poland. You might want to start there. Probably look at gratka.pl. I'd say you would be able to post a private sale on there, but the site is in polish so you may need help from a friend if you don't speaka the language.
