President Kaczyński and PM Tusk and their obedient flunkies and yesmen are acting like spoiled brats in a sand-pit over representing Poland at teh European Council in Brussels. The president was told he can't go because a pilot fell ill and there is no-one to fly his plane there. Kaczyński says he can get to Brussels in otehr ways than using the official plane. The two sides are trading below-the-belt insults and making a fool of Poland in the international arena. What do you think about this?

In Sept. they both attended a summit in Brussels s.

People vote for them based on policies, inter alia.[i] Not decisions regarding private jets and their transport to where they need to be.

People voted for Blair and look how public opinion turned against him.

Come on Lesser, monarchs aren't corrupt in any way? They are exemplars of morality?

People vote for colorful pictures, they have little idea about policies.

How often do you hear about private firm owners accepting bribes against interest of this company? Somehow this is always those directors of state owned companies doing so. The same analogy you can apply to monarchs on one side and 'democratic' politicians or dictators on the other side.

Morality is other question.

Monarchs tend to have a different kind of power. That which is not apt to be used. It depends on how much influence they have in any given political system/apparatus.

Yes, I write about those holding absolute power. Thus absolute power doesn't always corrupt absolutely.

Lord Acton had sth in mind when he said that. He was thinking more about dictators.

He could have hitch-hiked...Is this still legal in the USSEUR?

Good evening Crow how is Serbia today?

well, good evening and good night, in the same time

but, before going to sleep...

Yesterday, Serbia celebrated victory over Romania, in football, 5:0

Then, Serbian national news agencies commented how Poland signed Lisbon threaty. As i already mentioned, these days Poland is in evident focus of Serbian media, for all sorts of reasons

so, last thing mentioned in Serbian national news in case with Kaczyński`s comments while he ratified Lisbon document was about eventual Georgian EU membership

my spontanous reaction on it was to put cross on myself. Idiot, that Kaczyński, i said to myself. He probably likes to think about Poland as of eternaly entraped satelite state, between Russian and German interests. Instead to seek to satisfy exclusively Polish interests, he taking care of Fanch, USA and British schemes. Well, they would be thankfull to him (that for sure) but, when they grab first opportunity they would sold Polish people, as they sold Serbs.

good night from NATO colony- little Serbia

Well, most Poles don't have a clue what the treaty represents and it's a victory for the politicians. The sheeple will lose out.
