M1982 7 Sep 2006 / #1Dzien dobry!I visited the city of Bydgoszcz last saturday to see the Euro2008 qualifier Poland vs. Finland. So to cut a long story short:I was sitting with my friends at a terrace, enjoying the scenery and a few excellent Polish beers :) when out of nowhere this Polish girl appeared and started talking to me in Finnish, imagine my surprise! she asked if she could take a photo of us (the Finland supporters) and we of course agreed, she also told me she loves Finland and has studied the language on her own.Anyways, she seemed very nice and we agreed to meet later on after the football match, unfortunately after the match because of the Polish police we couldn't leave until a very long delay and I never got the chance to talk to her again.Could someone here help me with my quest? I'd really like drop her a line but I've got no idea how I could reach her :/I do have a pic of us together and know her 1st name but that's not going to get me far..
FISZ 24 | 2,116 7 Sep 2006 / #2Good luck with this one. Hope her name isn't Ania...there are prob. many in Bydgoszcz :)
ola123 7 Sep 2006 / #4I suggest you to post your story on Bydgoszcz forum: forum.bydgoszcz.pl in sport section here.Marzena is rare name in Poland.
OP M1982 7 Sep 2006 / #5I could try it, but is there a section on that Bydgoszcz forum that a girl in her early 20s would be more likely to read? It's just that I'm not sure how keen she's on sports. Thanks for your assistance so far, your help is very much appreciated!I tried to register just now and got this text, does this mean the registration was succesful or not? "Adres email, który podałeś nie pasuje do zapisanego razem z bazą danych"Ps. So it's written Marzena and pronounced "Mashana"? ..please bare with me, I'm an amateur :)
FISZ 24 | 2,116 7 Sep 2006 / #6It's telling you that there is an email mismatchI believe it's just said how it looks Marzena if the z was a ż then it would be mar-zhena
