Disagree. Such statements are claimed by religious mentality who want their sons get experience before married by using money and forget after easily. (not saying Ebony, you are so, but, this is just mentality.) Take Venezuela. To me, this is an open society. Criminal rate is only 1-2% while in closed societies (yes including England, Poland, Germany, USA, etc) it is about 20%. You can think of rape crime in these percentages easily.

Been to Iran. All statistics show little unmarried sex. But, I was told there many hidden behind doors, invisible to statistics. I think same in muslim Albania. Just invisible to us. I just don't see this at all. In Scotland, there are 'known' places where prozzies hang out, the same as in other Asian countries I've been to. I can't say this about Poland.
