If you feel bad about kicking her out in the street you could find a płace for her to live,move her stuff there and tell her she has now moved out! That way you will have a clear conscience that you never left her on the street.

Have you been supporting or helping her financially with rent/bills or anything else? If so, then thats probably why she wont leave. Maybe she does love you in her own way or maybe she is just using you til something better comes along. Only you know the answer, which is there if you search your heart. Talk to her and sort it out. If you decide there is no hope and you really want her out of your life then you need to be extremely firm with her, even if that includes bagging up her clothes for her. I would give her one month or move out yourself if thats an option..or if you are renting just tell her you have given notice on the flat.
