Do Polish postal regulations allow alcohol chocolates as a gift?

My mother wants to send a wedding gift to her niece's daughter in Poland and insists on sending a box of various little alcohol filled chocolates made by Anthon Berg. You know... they look like tiny bottles and wrapped in foil? (I can just hear those lips smacking out there!) It has 80 pieces with 8 different spirits. Weighs 1.252 KG (44.1 oz).

Even though I don't think there's enough alcohol in the package to fill a small glass, anyone know if there is a restriction for sending this to Poland from the USA?

I'm a US Postal Worker and this is taken from the IMM. You can send the items without any problem just mark them as candy. When I'm bored I check out the regulations to other countries. France has the weirdest regulations.

Prohibitions (130)

Arms and ammunition.
Articles, printed matter, written documents or other articles contrary to interests of Poland.
Coins; bank notes; currency notes (paper money) including currency in circulation in the Polish Republic; traveler’s checks; platinum, gold, or silver (manufactured or not); precious stones; jewelry; and other valuable items.

Perishable infectious biological substances
Perishable noninfectious biological substances
Radioactive materials.

Restrictions

Books, periodicals, notes, printed matter, calendars, tables, drawings, cards, sketches, manuscripts, photographs, lithographs, and other reproductions of any kind made on paper or cardboard by a polygraphic process are admitted provided the number of copies of each kind does not exceed 20 and provided the addressee has obtained an import permit issued by the Minister of Foreign Trade.

Stencils, carbon paper, printing inks, multicopying equipment, and materials are admitted only if the addressee has obtained a permit issued by the Minister of Foreign Trade.

Urns containing human ashes require an import permit issued by the Presidium of the Municipal Council of the locality where the urn is to be buried.

You can send books but they cannot be reproductions by a polygraphic process and if the number does not exceed 20. It's all in the fine print.

Yes, you can post them outside of the United States without restrictions.
