I have seen an accusing post about Stalin's architecture in one of my off-topic thread. what do you think about it. May be you have your favorite pieces?

I don't have possibility to see your photographs, but think one of them is Stalin's skyscraper in Warsaw? But why you can revere baroque, refusing the same Stalin's patterns?

i remember seeing the tv tower (top dome) decked out as a football for the 06 world cup and the toilets in the ufo bar are funny.

I didn't realize there was such a thing as "Stalin's baroque".
Stalinist architecture strikes me as similar to Nazi architecture. Overblown, huge, inhuman. It has certainly little to do with baroque. If someone has any idea what baroque is, that is.
