Do Polish people can afford very expensive cars?

Most of the expensive cars here are not actually owned but instead are leased (mainly due to the better tax benefits of leasing compared to those from owning). There's a Ferrari Enzo in Piaseczno, it's leased.

How about Hummers, wonder how many are there in Poland...

Not sure. I know that there is one in or near Bielsko Biala and I've seen four driving round Warsaw in the last year or so.

No McLaren F1's yet?

Given that there are only 72 street versions in the world and those are worth even more than a Veyron, it's not surprising that there are no F1s in Poland!

Oh good ole' times when a car itself meant luxury, no matter what make and model.
Things are more complicated these days ;)

If youre a car enthusiast complicated as you put it is a great thing, the technology these days separate good cars from bad cars and great cars from good cars..its all a matter of $$

I'm not really a car enthusiast. A car takes me from point A to point B, and sometimes to point C. I do appreciate some of the little comforts of some cars, such as as.s warmers and some of the other conveniences.

I can only say one thing about Niagara - damn tourists ;)

What do you mean by that? I go to Niagara in my non-luxury family van twice a year whether I need to or not just to look at a frikken waterfall. There are some nice stores in NOTL though. Any good sales on Christmas decorations this time of year on the main drag?

Hi doba & z_darius

Im in Detroit, not to far from you folks.

Acually as far as cars go I have a VW Jetta. If the gas prices keep going up like they are most people will be parking those monster trucks.

Do you acutally need a car in Poland?
