Will the Central Address Office in Poland agree to forward a short note ?

Does anybody know if the Central Address Office will forward a short note (from me), to someone I am trying to make contact with in Poland ?

A note (from me) that I would like to accompany the request by the Polish government, for permission to forward this person's mailing address (to me).

I would like to include a very short message. Type-written, perhaps 7 or 8 sentences. The letter would also give the person (I am trying to make contact with) a couple other options to get in contact with me, if they prefer not to give out their personal address.

The letter also say they also have the options of getting in contact with me via Nasza-Klasa or Facebook.com - It would also include my e-mail address.

The letter I send, would not be sealed in any envelope. The Central Address Office could clearly read what my message says.

I live in the United States, but the person I am trying to contact, probably does not know this. If they are reluctant to give out their address, I would like to give them other options for us to communicate.

What do you think ?

worth trying, after all nothing to loose

If you know the address and name of this person just send a letter

try telephone book for addressess

try nasza klasa as this person might be on it

try Gadu Gadu and Skype also

Good luck
