What would one mean by saying "the best bank" or a "good bank"?

"the best bank" or a "good bank"?

current account interest rates.
low fees for using the account (or no fees as irish banks have started - terms & conditions of course)

Internet banking is another - do they offer it? is it a good service etc

I have Inteligo (PKO BP) and it's ok for me. They have many cashpoints (I would make a guess that PKO BP and Pekao SA have the largest number of cashpoints in Poland). I can buy insurance via their online web system. Many online shops provide you 'Place z inteligo' payment option which make payment fast and easy. I like Inteligo account online system, because it's clear, simple and functional.... well, I would recommend Inteligo in PKO BP.
