Recently I had to undergo a small operaton, involving a general anasthetic. Th whole experience though obviously painful was excellent, indeed better health care than I've received in the UK. I didn't go private and didn't pay a bribe. Excellent very impressed.
Same here , smashed my finger , and i have no complaints about my treatment at all... The hospital i went to was rather in need of redecoration and repair , but the staff were very good , and they fixed my finger very well...
Same for me. Nurses and doctors were great, everything seemed efficient and no money changed hands. Rates better than when I had my appendix out in the UK a few years ago.
Got my tonsils out last week...admittedly i did go private...but would have no complaints about the experience at all..well, apart from the grumpy dinner lady!!!
One major benefit of the polish health system is that if you want to see a specialist, you can just go straight to the specialist. Unlike ireland, where you have to be referred.
