High Speed ISP in Wroclaw?

I need information from Wroclawites about decent internet service providers in Wroclaw.
These are the needs/specs:

- 1mbps down/at least 128kbps up
- no special hardware or software to install on the computer (running Linux)
- ease of installation of a wireless router
- usage will be for basic internet stuff (browsing, skype, ftp etc)

Well youve basically got two main choices Dialog or Neostrada. Im with neostrada and can honelsty say they are the worst company ive ever dealt with. I hear good things about Dialog.

OK, I know what you mean by lousy service.
Trying to call both. Both numbers are busy the last 30 minutes.
