Where to buy a laptop for my Polish friend, Norway

Hi.
I want to buy a laptop to my polish friend.
Can anyone advice me where on the internet a can find a rewiev of models and prices.
I also think about taking one with me from Norway, but that will maybe not be practical?
- what about Office (in polish) and the keyboard?

There are many good deals on office 2007 at the moment in Poland, I picked one up for 179zl through allegro.pl/
