Polish keyboards - layout difference or QWERTY?

what kind of layout are the computer keyboards in Poland? ie: American keyboards - qwerty

The Polish Programmers is the one that I use. It is almost the same as the American qwerty, except the specific Polish letters are the RIGHT-ALT keyed versions of their regular letters.

Ą - R ALT + A
Ć - R ALT + C

the - and Ż is just right next to each other.

there is a topic around here somewhere how to make your american keyboard be able to type all these different polish characters (if you XP.) i very rarely use it.

I think it's pretty much the same....you can have Polish fonts on your regular keyboard by adding a Polish keyboard in the language settings, and using the rught "alt" key to add accents to letters.
