What is the difference between Jakby and Jak Gdyby? Could anyone (Polish native) be so kind as to give some examples in sentences, too? I would be very grateful.

I'm Polish and simply don't know :)

But I think that jak gdyby is more formal.

difference is the same like between "it is" and "it's". You can use this or that but not always.

Just use "jakby" instead of "jak gdyby", I'm Polish native and I'm not sure I've ever used "jak gdyby" before in my life, some people do, but it's not common so don't waste Your time.

Google helps:

Results 1 - 10 of about 11,600,000 for "jakby"
Results 1 - 10 of about 657,000 for "jak gdyby"
