Hi, I'm attempting to teach myself conversational Polish. My Polish girlfriend isn't exactly the best of teachers. I know some but I'm progressing too slowly, in my opinion. I have other resources but it would be very useful if I had some text (novel, blog, etc) in both English and Polish that I could look at side by side. Does anyone know of an online resource like this?
English/Polish matching texts - where can they be found?
look at wikipedia, on left side u can switch language. just type something first to find some results read it and then switch language.

search the threads plenty of links available plus a video learning thread :)
The wikipedia idea is a good one, I'll check that out. I just hope they are actually the same articles. Thanks!
Perhaps buying a couple of books you're familiar with already, but in translation, might be a good idea. Better than relying on internet translations (PF excepted, of course!)
This can be good for finding a few words, but the actual information on the pages can be quite different in different languages.

I posted a request for parallel texts (which is what you are asking for), but didn't get many responses...Parallel texts
Yes, parallel texts, that's exactly what I'm looking for!
