Does anyone know where copies of the Polish language learning book 'Cześć, Jak się masz' are available to buy?

I have used this book with my Polish teacher when I was having lessons. It is a good book but I would think for a beginner using it alone without the guidance of a teacher, it would be too difficult. Someone gave me a copy of it, but I have seen it ob sale in Empik megastore in Warsaw and also online.

There is an EMPIK in Krakow.
It cost nearly £5 for a Times newspaper that was 2 days old..... and it wasn't even the Sat or Sun edition with all the supplements!

I bought my copy through Grant and Cutler, a London-based foreign language bookshop.

grantandcutler.com

It is written by the guy who runs the "Polish for language for foreigners" course at the Jagiellonian University in Krakow.

I found the book to be a useful book to work through on my own (It's in English). If I am with a teacher I use Hurra po polsku, which is written in Polish.
