OK, now that I've gotten this to work here is the recipe I just received from my mom.....

Place a loaf of sweet dough in 9x13 pan

Filling: 4 cups cottage or ricatta cheese and 1/2 cup melted butter mixed until smooth. Add one cup sugar, three eggs, 1/2 cup cream, 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon, 1 teaspoon vanilla and salt/pepper to taste. Mix filling throughly and pour on top of sweet dough.

Topping: 1 egg, 1/2 cup flour, 1/4 cup sugar, 1/8 cup milk. Mix throughly and pour over cheese mixture. Sprinkle with cinnamon, coconut or raisins.

Bake about one hour in 350 degree oven
