UK, Ireland / Are Polish girls replacing Irish girls? [41]

Is it just me or has anyone else noticed how more and more irish lads are going for Polish girls instead of Irish girls? my theory there is that a lot (not all) of irish women have got quite aggressive and unwelcoming in the last 10 years or so when you approach them for a chat. A huge number of guys I know have commented on the same thing. Polish girls have similar values to irish girls which irish guys appreciate but at the same time they're welcoming and interested when you talk to them. You also don't usually find polish women crawling on their hands and knees to a bank machine on Dublin's main street at 4am on a saturday drunk our of their minds with a burger in one hand and a tube of lipstick in the other!! :-)

UK, Ireland / Polish men in dublin [6]

it's really funny this cause i'm an irish guy looking to meet a nice polish girl cause I have dated plenty of irish girls and I have to say i am also quite bored of them and their attitude. a guy wouldn't dare walk up to an irish girl in a bar now (especially if she was with friends) for fear of getting the usual raised eyebrow 'oh yeh whats this guy after' look and attitude. at least when you approach polish girls they are happy to have you approach them and seem interested in talking to you. that's my experience anyway
