Hi Purple,

Yes I do work for the BBC. And I would be interested to know more as to why you think your friend in Leeds would be a good candidate. We are actually going to be in Leeds on Wednesday.

Giles may have a point though as if he is shy and private he may not want to be filmed going about his life.

We are a way off transmisson at the moment but will try and post when it goes on air.

UK, Ireland / New BBC series following the lives of immigrants is looking for people [49]

My name is Bart and I work for the BBC. We are about to start filming a new series about the lives and stories of immigrants who come to England to live and work or seek refuge. It will be an observational documentary series and through people's journeys and stories we hope to challenge peoples perception on the immigration debate.

If you are thinking of coming to England to live and work or if you have recently moved to England and would be interested in talking to me further about being involved in our documentary then get in touch. We are looking for interesting characters with interesting stories who would be happy to have a small television crew filming aspects of their lives.
