how to travel from WARSAW to PRAGUE?

hi, i'm planning to travel from warsaw to prague on 2nd feb 2010, actually i was planning to buy czech train ticket which only cost 19 euros, but the applied rule was i need to buy return ticket, they didn;t allow buying for 1 way ticket. can anyone help me to suggest the best way to reach prague in a budget way? thanks

p.s: i need to go to prague, since my flight from prague to moscow will be on 3rd feb evening!

thank you guys...i've checked the bus website,but unfortunately for the date that i wanted ( 31st jan) it's very expensive! so, i think i ;ve to cancel my trip to budapest and just spend more time in krakow n warsaw, from warsaw i ll go to prague ( czech train is cheap!)
