Hmongs are people from Laos. They come from the mountains, they live without running water and electricity. They like eating dogs and cats, and when they first came to USA, they did not know that we don't eat our pets and 3 of my dogs disapeared when they showed up as well as many others' . I was angry because they were purebred show dogs which I raised for showing and breeding.
They stopped doing it now because they got into trouble for doing it. But we still have to watch our dogs.

Are you serious? Do you really think they ate your dog? Maybe your dog ran away..that's all. I don't think they would climb over your backyard or fench to steal a dog... Even though they are immigrants, they probably know better then to steal Fido.
