Real Estate / Good Real Estate market in Poland [6]

ya I found some good places for around 200k PLN with great locations: oferty.net/mieszkanie-na-sprzedaz-dwupokojowe-jagiellonskie-nowa-huta- krakow,m13514646
found one in Warsaw next to the University for a similar deal.

And I'm not to crazy about Germany :) so Poland will be where I do this. But i feel like buying and renting or reselling homes wouldn't be as big a profit as buying an apartment and renting it out to students.. I guess we could also target places like Wroclaw or Gdansk

Real Estate / Good Real Estate market in Poland [6]

So my mom and step dad are planning on moving to Poland after I graduate from college and besides our home we live in, we have an apartment in southern California we want to do real estate in. Assuming we can sell the apartment for 250-300 k we could get around 800k PLN. I was just wondering what a good market is in Poland for real estate. I just finished studying this summer in Krakow and I feel like it would be a good idea to buy some places in blocks in major cities close to large universities.. Seems like a ton of students migrate to the city every year for school. I was thinking about a block or 2 near the rynek in Krakow and maybe one in Warsaw near UW there. My mom and stepdad were both born and raised in Poland and I get my citizenship soon so buying and managing property should be no big deal. Thanks guys.
