Australia / Australian met a Polish girl - visa issues [16]

cheers for all the help guys, i will probably just come back in on a tourist visa till my girlfriend finishes some studies and then we will head to Australia or somewhere else in europe, either way will be better than london!

Australia / Australian met a Polish girl - visa issues [16]

Hi guys, i met my polish girlfriend in the U.S.A in the summer of 2007, i went back to Australia for about 4 months at christmas and then came to london on a 2 year working holiday visa in march 2008, the working holiday visa will be expired in march 2010, i am just wondering if anyone knows whether i can obtain a spouse visa or something through her so i can stay in the U.K for a little bit longer... Any input would be greatly appreciated, cheers.
