UK, Ireland / Exploiting Polish Workers by the UK businesses [90]

It makes me angry how polish are treated here in the UK by businesses.
The government may treat them well but when it comes to working, it's a whole different story. My polish friends sometimes work for UNDER MINIMUM WAGE which is illegal!

I wish the polish could learn the laws of employment here in the UK as they are treated like crap. My friend was sacked in the end for no reason. He just left and expected to go find a new job which is very hard now. I asked him if he realises being sacked for no reason is completely illegal and he didn't even realise. You can screw these companys over for tens of thousands of pounds if they mistreat you, and quite right too!

If you are polish and working in the UK, you have the exact same rights as everyone else.
I suggest you know those rights so nobody tries anything just because you are foreign.
