Genealogy / Where do I get Poland Birth Certificate [27]

Birth certificates from pre-war Poland

My mother was born in Lwow and my father in Wilno. Both were part of Poland when they were born. They met and married in England after WW2. I am wondering how easy it would be to get copies of birth certificates for them so that I can apply for Polish citizenship.
