News / Poland..wake up to a multicultural world [1059]

Rome, Greece, Babylon and Egypt all had slaves. Most individuals under the yolk of Rome were not "citizens" and did not have the same rights. According to varies studies of the Ancient Greeks, though the percentage may not be exact, slaves constituded as many as half of the population if not more. Who built the pyramids? Don't take my word for it, look it up!

News / Poland..wake up to a multicultural world [1059]

I suggest that all of you who are unaware of the 1,000+ year history of Poland should do a little homework before making uneducated posts. Poland was the first democratic multicultural state in history. All were welcome regardless of ethnic, religious, and racial origin. When other so called "enlightened" European states were expelling people of various religious and ethnic backgrounds were being expelled from their countries they were welcomed and protected by the Polish nation.
