UK, Ireland / Polish females experiences in the U.K. working as Au Pairs or nannies? [4]

Kasia...how did the family that you first worked for treat you? Were they kind? Did they pay you fairly? were you very homesick? what things about the U.K. did you like most of all...and what things did you not like? Thank's very much for replying...

UK, Ireland / Polish females experiences in the U.K. working as Au Pairs or nannies? [4]

Hi,

I'm new here...I am a writer currently working on a play which has a female Polish character in it. I wanted to ask some questions. I am specifically interested in hearing from Polish girls or women who have come to the U.K. and have worked within families here as a nanny or Au Pair. Would anyone be able to share? I don't want to assume that everyone has a bad experience...or that everyone has a good one...I want to get my facts right. I would be really grateful if anyone could help me with this...if you don't want to share on a public forum just let me know and perhaps you could email me?
