I think that you are partially right but this person also intentionally infected people. It wouldn't matter if the person he slept with was using some type of protection. I am sure he would have found a way around it. That guy is such a douche bag.

Seriously, this guy should be put in front of a firing squad. In the U.S. this person could be prosecuted for manslaughter for each intentional case of HIV infection. What a piece of sh*t.
