USA, Canada / Need help finding a polish bakery in chicago [10]

There is a Polish store on Division, 2 block west of Ashland on the left side of the street. It is a deli store but you may find some goodies. For cheesecake, I would reccomend a French bakery on North Avenue. It is about 2 block east of damen/north/milwaukee ave intersection. It's the best of the best.

Get yourself a polish girfriend, after 2 years you will be fluent.
If you really want to learn polish quicly, that's the way!

Australia / I am planning a trip to northeast Australia in March 2008... [10]

I am also planning a trip to Australia but in April or May of 2009.
Is this a good time to visit?

Here is where I am planning to go:
3 days in Melbourne, 2 days in Alice Springs/Ayers Rock/Uluru, 4 days in Cairns/Great Barrier Reefs, and 3 days in Sidney.

Should I add more days to one of these stops, or this would be enough. I wish I would have more vacation days, I woud want to visit NZ as well.
