i read god's playground and rising44 i think without norman davies many here wouldnt know anything about poland.
the disaster, therefore, was a joint one. any obective reviewer of these grave failings must judge every single member of the allied coalition to hold a share of the responsibility. in essence, the tragedy of the warsaw rising resulted from a systematic breakdown of the grand alliance.
