Without giving the format of the email address it aint possible to figure out what's missing, surplus or what you are doing wrong . . .
i just didn't know if ihad to put in any polish letters into the email.

It is not the Landlords who are breaking the law, it is those venal parasites the letting/estate agents who are breaking the law. They act upon the instructions of the Landlords, to ensure they secure their business.
If the letting/estate agents declined to accept those instructions, knowing that to do otherwise is unlawful, they might loose out. It is the letting/estate agents responsibility to ensure properties are let without discrimination - if they fail to do this, they are the ones breaking the law.
