lescinskas it's probably more Lithuanian than Polish. But it's possible to be some kind of mix as those two countries were one at some point in history.

yep, know them all and few more. I would advice Olowek or Kredka, those two are usually full of international students, and view from window is quite nice too.

Those two are Wroclaw University buildings, and other ones if i remember well are belonging to medical academy. Flat probably wont be much more expensive but can be pain to find something nice and convenient. So best stick with either Kredka and Olowek (Kredka is bit higher).
