Life / Last Will and Testament - need to arrange in Poland [4]

I need to go to Poland to arrange for the last will and testament of a very elderly relative. Is this a difficult procedure? Has anyone done this? I know it involves City Hall and a lawyer but I have never dealt with Polish government officials. I will have a Polish speaking person with me to translate (younger than me and not at all knowledgeable about such procedures).
