Hello. Well the thing is strange. The american guy married polish woman but of some time they break up but havent divorced so she can get us citizenship, on their ending she got pregnant and got a baby. now there is 3 years of their marriage and they wants a devorce, but what if he wants to live in eu now. should they pretend that they are still married and dont devorce or they can devorce. if they shouldnt devorce, for how long would it take for him to get an eu. thank you very much.

she will get back to poland. so what if he would try to get the polish citizenship while they are not divorced yet? how long would it take to get it?

Bitter_Cat, it sounds like there is more to the story..

he is not abusive. its not like that. its just a story as i told, there isnt more, they just broke up and lived in different places but pretended that they were together so she can get that stuff. thats all.

well my own opinion about my country.. i love this place, the place we are (geography) is great, but the people has to grow and learn so much (not saying that all) and the goverment has to work A LOT.

its not what you asked, i wrote it and just then saw what you said :D sorry, it means i dont like history :) š letter sounds the same as sh in english and other sounds not sure how to describe..
