Hi there! I just want to say - yes, if you want to buy sth in Lodz - go for the lofts! At the moment there are quite a few offers of people, who want to sell their lofts before completion as they purchased them as an investment. The present situation doesn't help them too much and they are selling with very little profit if any at all. Once the lofts are ready the price will go up. It is perfect moment to buy one now!

...and yes it will be a landmark - landmarks are always well priced...
