Travel / What time does the stores close in Warsaw Poland? [5]

I am planning on doing some shopping when I am in Warsaw Poland. I was wondering what time the stores close?

Language / Does anyone knows about a quick course to learn the basics? [8]

I am bilingual. I speak English and Spanish. But now I am trying to learn Polish. I am going to Poland in a month, so I need to learn Polish as soon as possible. I can be very focused and disciplined when I want to accomplish something.

I am also aware that learning a new language takes about a couple of years. But I don't have the time now to learn it well. So I would have to settle for basics.

I would preffer a method of learning that includes both DVDs and CDs.

Travel / Clean, safe, comfortable hotels to stay in Warsaw? [12]

I am looking for something clean, safe, comfortable, quiet and not too expensive. Somewhere in between in regards to price. Maybe a four star - when the maximum rating is 5. Any ideas?
